Trommels and Trommel Panels
Trelleborg is able to design, size, supply and install panels to suit scrubber trommel frames for SAG, Ball Mills
Solid works modeling and FEAs are completed on all designs to ensure they are fit for purpose. Sizing calculations are completed to ensure the required efficiencies are met or exceeded. The frames are protected by bonding the most suitable rubber sheeting to areas exposed to corrosion or abrasion.
Trelleborg supply trommel panels in various rubber compounds and PU. Panels are fixed with either bolts or a pin and sleeve fastening system. Aperture configurations of the panels are designed to meet the process requirements and feed type / sizing.
