Composite Ceramic Linings
The TRELLEBORG Composite Ceramic Lining range has been developed from our ability to hot vulcanise ceramic tiles into a parent rubber panel. By moulding ceramic into rubber it gives the ceramic tiles the ability to move when impacted allowing the liners to be used in high impact areas traditionally reserved for steel liners which gives the end user the benefit of substantially longer wear life and plant availability.
Conveyor Impact Beds
TRELLEBORG conveyor impact beds are designed for the loading points on conveyors. Impact Beds are specifically designed for individual applications for conveyors belt widths up to 1,500mm. Trelleborg will engineer the conveyor impact beds to be installed with minimal / no structural modifications required.

Omega Seals
Omega type seals are commonly used for providing an seal between two adjacent concrete segments of an underwater submerged tunnel. These seals are usually fabric reinforced and subjected to large movements in up to three dimensions. The seal acts as a membrane mounted over the area between the tunnel sections. The number of internal fabric layers is dependant on the maximum hydrostatic pressure and safety factor.
Rail Track Isolation – FST
A sophisticated isolation system where the isolation of vibration (and hence noise) generated by a transiting vehicle on a rail track is a priority.
Resilient Rail Mounts
An excellent system to isolate rail generated noise from the associated supporting structure. The rail is fixed to the resilient rail mount which acts to isolate the rail generated noise. Used widely in tunnels and on bridges where ballast support is not possible.
Rubber Ladder Fender
Rubber Ladder Fenders are designed for locations where traditional aluminium and steel ladders are constantly damaged by vehicle, boat, forklift or machinery impact.
Rubber Laminated Bearings
Elastomeric laminated bearings to meet all codes including AS 5100.4, Transit NZ Bridge Code, AASHTO, BS5400 part 9. Special sizes and shapes designed and tested to requirement. Loads up to 1500 tonne easily accomodated
Rubber Rail Crossing
Rubber panels designed to fit between the rails and the adjacent road. Manufactured to suit all types of rail and sleeper combinations. Panels fit into a fixed concrete edge beam.
Rubber Wear Panels
TRELLEBORG Rubber Wear Panels are available in various high quality rubber compounds and thicknesses including, Natural, Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, Butyl, Hypalon, Silicone and Viton, thicknesses vary from 25mm to 150mm.
Single Sphere Rubber Bellows
A moulded rubber bellow that provides a flexible, maintenance free pipe connector that compensates for thermal expansion, misalignment. Isolates vibrations and movement associated with pressure surges.
