Trelleborg rubber mill liners have come a long way since our first installation in 1920 in Nipissing Mine's, [USA] 20" Ball Mills. Trelleborg has since gone on to develop specialized rubber compounds and improved liner designs to enhance the availability of Mills (reducing down time losses) while increasing efficiency in grinding and delivering a reduction in power drawn. Trelleborg have a wide range of Rubber lifter bars, grates and plates for Ball Mills, Rod Mills and Drum Scrubbers. Trelleborg works on the principle of continuous improvement to add value to the operation of the processing plant as a whole and strives to attain ultimate customer satisfaction. Trelleborg commitment to continuous evaluation of our Mill liners during operation forms an integral part of our service. Trelleborg together with their Branch Managers and Site coordinators monitor the wear in Mill linings with the objective to improve the liner design to achieve the best results, in terms of wear life and performance. All reports are made available to the respective operating sites and an effort is made to involve the our clients with any improvements that can be offered. |
