| The TRELLEBORG Flexible Chute Lining System has been developed to combat build up in chutes prone to choking or build up as a result of transporting damp and or sticky material.
The individual fingers of the TRELLEBORG Flexible Chute Lining System are highly flexible and in a constant state of vibration and motion activated by the falling product. The constant state of motion tends to crack and dislodge and material build up. The TRELLEBORG Flexible Chute Lining System, is able be supplied with thinner and softer fingers for additional flexibility for exceptionally sticky applications. In addition to the above the fingers may be fitted with the following surface finishes: - Low friction high wear HDPE inserts to assist with material flow. - Embedded ceramics for additional life in high wear applications The above or a combination of the above TRELLEBORG Flexible Chute Lining System may deliver the additional throughputs your site is targeting. |
